Responsibilities Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities in line with the sales plan. Provide administrative support to Commercial Managers to ensure efficient client service. Capture pricing and freight information accurately before COS submissions. Allocate stock according to availability and customer demand to support export operations. Create and manage COS documentation, shipping schedules, and stakeholder communication. Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth export processes. Monitor bookings, shipments, stock levels, and pallet ageing. Maintain and update pricing systems and export‑related data. Capture and manage information on relevant systems, including PR3. Support internal teams with data capturing and general administrative duties when required.
