Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate pricing/quotations for international shipments by coordinating rates, surcharges, and service scope with overseas agents and partners.
Support IOR/ EOR operations, ensuring shipments are arranged in line with import/export requirements and customer instructions.
Manage trade documentation (e.g., shipping documents and related declarations) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
Liaise with overseas agents, service providers, and internal teams to confirm operational details, timelines, and cost components.
