RVC Supervisor Overview

The RVC Supervisor is responsible for leading the operational execution, governance, and compliance activities related to Regional Value Content (RVC) calculations and origin qualification requirements under USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements within an IMMEX manufacturing environment.

This role oversees RVC validation processes, supplier solicitation activities, BOM governance, origin determination, cost‐analysis coordination, and audit readiness to support preferential duty treatment and trade compliance objectives.

The position partners closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Customs Compliance, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to ensure accurate origin qualification and compliance with applicable Rules of Origin and tariff shift requirements.
