We are currently seeking a TPM Maintenance Equipment Management professional who will be responsible for supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation, improving equipment performance, and ensuring maintenance activities run effectively. This role plays an important part in enhancing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree from relevant educational background
• Having competency certification, with experience in electrical field and understanding of K3 Listrik
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, equipment management, or related manufacturing roles
• Understanding of TPM concepts and maintenance improvement activities
• Strong troubleshooting skills with good problem-solving ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
