            Responsibilities  Assemble and install tower cranes on construction sites according to project specifications and engineering drawings. 
Dismantle tower cranes safely and efficiently upon project completion. 
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety. 
Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other construction personnel to coordinate crane operations. 
Ensure all lifting and rigging equipment is in good condition and used properly. 
Follow strict safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site‑specific safety plans. 
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to crane assembly, operation, or dismantling. 
Maintain accurate records of crane assembly, inspection, and maintenance activities.
