As Total Quality Manager, you are expected to perform the following:
- Create, document, and deploy a quality management system aligned with industry standards across the organization, including defining policies, procedures and processes.
- Oversee the execution of quality control checks and testing procedures on products and processes to identify potential defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collect, analyze quality data from various sources to identify trends, root causes of issues, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
