Total Productive Management Manager (TPM) Rolleston

A bit about your role

As the Total Productive Management (TPM) Manager, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of TPM and continuous improvement initiatives at our Rolleston site. You will be responsible for embedding a culture of operational excellence, using proven TPM frameworks to improve equipment reliability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency, while driving sustainable performance improvements across the site.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager – Rolleston & Third Party, you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team, Engineering, Operations, and wider TPM teams. You will lead and mentor Continuous Improvement Engineers while partnering across functions to align TPM strategies with broader business objectives and deliver meaningful, measurable results.
