Key Responsibilities:
• Draft essential documents in French and English
• Maintain communication with claimants and brokers
• Manage claims litigation and negotiate with parties
• Approve payments related to claims
• Provide expertise and support across business areas
Requirements:
• LL.B. or LL.L. desired
• 5-7+ years in insurance law or claims handling experience
