• Maintain updated inventory records of all tools and equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation.
• Monitor tool usage, condition, and lifespan.
• Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete tools and report immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation of Tool issuance, Tool return, Repair and maintenance history.
• Disposal records.
• Prepare monthly inventory and status reports.
• Ensure all tools are properly tagged and labeled.
