岗位职责：

1、负责新产品模具的开发，方案评审及技术评估，确保符合工艺要求。

2、模具设计并主导模具从设计、试模、改模到验收的全流程跟进，解决开发过程中的技术问题。

3、编制模具相关技术文件（如DFM报告，模具规格书，验收标准）。

4、参与生产现场模具故障的分析与维修方案制定，优化模具结构以提升寿命与生产效率。

5、与供应商及内部生产、质量部门协作，确保模具交付进度与质量。
