Job Summary

We are seeking an Intermediate to Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Time Management, including Time Off, Time Tracking, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on Global experience delivering multiple full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations and a deep understanding of HR processes and workforce time management. This consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, focusing on time‑related processes and benefits administration. The successful candidate should be comfortable advising clients, leading workshops, and translating complex business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
