The Speed Lane Lead/Caption is the shop manager for tire and oil related services. The speed lane lead works with the Store manager to achieve shop goals, enforce process and procedures, and ensure shop quality and efficiencies. Demonstrates “Lead from the Front” leadership qualities and work ethic.
