The Time Critical Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing urgent and time-sensitive shipments within the Quick – Time Critical department during assigned shifts. The role requires fast-paced decision-making, proactive communication, and precise execution to ensure shipments meet strict deadlines and customer requirements. Note that shift patern is 4 On / 4 Off (06:00 – 18:00).
