Responsibilities

The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders including, but not limited to, Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience and Data Science. This team drives forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights.

To drive sustainable growth within the European market by balancing Operating Efficiency, Merchant Experience, and Governance Health.
