**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **TIG Welders** for projects located in or around **Memphis, TN.** This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is up to $34/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Open root weld out for carbon steel pipe
+ Installing fittings on valves
+ Set-up & layout using blueprints
+ Other tasks as assigned

**Requirements:**

+ Must pass weld test
+ Ability to weld thin materials with precision
+ Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices
+ Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
+ Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
