Job Description
An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for two remote Tier 1 Service Desk Analysts to join their 365, 24x7 Service Desk. The Service Desk supports roughly 3000+ end users. This role will primarily focus on 1st level support via virtual channels - mostly phone support in a ticket queue. This team is encompassed of a virtual Tier 1, a virtual Tier 2 Application Support team and now onsite Tier 2 analysts. The roles can sit 100% virtual (we provide all equipment). The shifts we are looking to fill are: Wed-Sun: 5pm-2am EST and Thurs-Mon 3:30pm-12:30am EST.
