Texas Health Flower Mound(THFM) opened in 2010 as a joint venture owned by Texas Health Resources and physicians dedicated to the community. As the area's first acute care center, THFM provide a 24/7, 99-bed facility with more than 400 physicians on our medical staff who practice a full range of specialties.

In collaboration with the President and physician leadership, the CNO & Professional Services Officer THFM develops, approves, and oversees the implementation of policies, procedures, standards of care and practice that provide direction for the delivery of patient care as well as directs departmental operations and optimize workflows while maintaining operational priorities in alignment with strategic initiatives.
