Polysomnographic Technician

This position involves working within a sleep clinic environment. You will prepare patients for sleep studies and monitor their conditions. The patient ratio is 1:2, with infants or pediatrics under 6 requiring 1:1 attention. Patients primarily suffer from sleep apnea and other sleep-related disorders. You will greet patients and assist in the testing process, answering their questions. Knowledge of sleep study protocols is essential for documenting patient observations. The role may involve supporting various patient populations, including morbid obesity cases. You will collaborate with management remotely via phone or text. A weekend rotation is expected, with no call or holiday requirements. Scrub colors and other uniform guidelines must be adhered to.
