Job Details

• Shift: 5x8 Days (Mon–Fri)


• Schedule: Alternating start times


• 2 shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM


• 2 shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


• Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications

• MD PT License, BLS Certification


• LSVT BIG Certification preferred


• 2 years of Physical Therapy experience


• Outpatient Clinic and Ortho experience required


• Neuro Therapist experience preferred


• Experience treating both Ortho and Neuro patients is ideal


• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment or 1 month of a per diem assignment
