Therapy Support - Assist Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists in delivering therapy services aimed at improving patients' quality of life.
- Support therapists in transferring, lifting, and wheeling patients safely within the organisation.
Clinical Education & Coordination - Assist the Head of Department in coordinating clinical education programmes and activities for therapy assistants.
- Participate in the orientation and mentoring of new Therapy Aides.
- Guide and orientate volunteers attached to the Rehabilitation Department.
Therapy Activities - Conduct and lead group exercise sessions independently.
- Perform outcome measure assessments under the guidance of therapists.
