AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Norwalk, Connecticut school district to hire a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the COTA will address motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive functions that impact a student's academics, self-care skills, play, and social participation, as well as transitional skills.Responsibilities for this role include: Partner with the district as a member of a collaborative team to help students achieve their academic goals.Screen and evaluate students referred to Occupational Therapy services.
