Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, providing expert scrub support.


• Ensure the operating theatre is set up and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.


• Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other theatre staff to provide seamless patient care.


• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment specific to orthopaedic procedures.


• Adhere to infection control practices and surgical protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Theatre Practitioner or Scrub Nurse role, with a focus on orthopaedic surgeries.


• Valid NMC/HCPC registration (or equivalent where applicable).


• Strong knowledge of orthopaedic procedures, instruments, and techniques.
