The senior management team have all been a valuable part of this privately owned restaurant for several years and enjoyed top industry accolades from EatOut; Gourmet Guide etc and are keen to welcome a SUPREMELY SKILLED and talented chef who is committed to a long-term employment contract. A Head Chef with highly innovative ideas, trend setting plating concepts, phenomenal food flavors and the ability to match signature wines with specific food profiles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Formal Cheffing / Culinary Diploma
• Previous experience within Fine Dining operations, Top 10 Eat Out Restaurants
• International Cheffing and Private Cheffing experience a HUGE ADVANTAGE
• Creative Menu Design experience with a PASSION for REGULAR CHANGING MENUS
