            Responsibilities  Lead and manage the Testing & Commissioning Department across multiple projects. 
Develop testing and commissioning strategies, procedures, and project execution plans. 
Supervise and mentor testing and commissioning engineers and technicians. 
Prepare and review testing and commissioning schedules aligned with project milestones. 
Coordinate commissioning activities with project managers, construction teams, consultants, vendors, and clients. 
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. 
Ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning activities and successful project handover. 
Manage testing and commissioning of: 
GIS and AIS substations up to EHV levels. 
Power transformers, reactors, and switchgear. 
Protection and control systems. 
SCADA, RTU, communication, and automation systems.
