Experience in operations is an advantage  
Good written and oral skills 
Customer-oriented 
Accountable in Construction Testing and Commissioning 
Ensure project safety, code compliance, and safe use 
Lead all PTG related meetings and construction monitoring 
Provide recommendation and resolution of testing & commissioning-related issues 
Lead the project punch list and close-out 
Lead/Facilitate the hand-over of documents to operations
