Grade 12 or equivalent; Diploma in Professional Baking and Bakery Management (NQF Level 6) advantageous, with 5+ years’ experience in the baking industry.
Strong understanding of the full spectrum of bakery processes, including the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Understanding of management processes, including planning, organising, leading, and controlling.
Responsible and accountable for managing expenditure.
Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations, including basic first aid.
Unendorsed driver’s licence with the ability to travel to customer sites locally, nationally, and internationally.
