**About the job:**
This role is an integral part of the Sales team in helping the team achieve its business objectives. Key responsibility includes direct selling to hospital accounts and assisting dealers in Taiwan to implement sales activities and achieve budgets. This role will also require gaining fundamental knowledge of Stryker products and surgical procedures, as well as having the ability to convince customers on our product features and benefits. **This position will be based in Kaohsiung / Tainan.**
**What you will be doing:**
+ Indirect channel management: Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with dealers and customers.
+ Direct selling: Define customer list and set priority, then conduct sales calls with proper timing to promote assigned products and provide services to existing customers.
