Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for manage the overall sales of Institutional channel ranging action plans to squeeze the sales growth to a high level and develop all revenue of growth. The position will also be responsible for P&L responsibilities and ensure that domestic sales operation has been aligned and comply with the corporate strategy and guidelines.

Duties & Responsibility

• Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts. Implement white spot prospecting to include existing products, new products and innovations, enhanced sustainability and operational efficiencies (water, energy, chemical usage)
