Role Objective: To drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory. Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives. Identify and onboard new customers (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and distributors). Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Manage distributor / dealer network and ensure their performance in terms of coverage and sales. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
