Responsibilities
- Implement strategic business plan to develop more clients and ensure the Company’s strong presence in his assigned territory.
- Manage the performance and sales growth/targets of his sales team.
- Forecast sales and revenues of his assigned territory.
- Ensure sales team’s adherence to sales processes and protocols.
- Maximize sale of existing and slow & non-moving SKUs through proper planning and coordination.
- Analyze monthly reports on sales, inventory, pricing, and competition.
- Maintain good business relationships among clients.
- Consult with the Senior Sales Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
- Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position.
