The Territory Representative serves as a key driver of business development and customer relationship management within an assigned territory, supporting the company’s mission of delivering high-quality asphalt solutions to municipalities, counties and state entities. This position is responsible for expanding market presence through strategic sales initiatives, direct customer engagement and relationship-building with both prospective and existing clients while developing and executing territory plans that support long-term business growth. The Territory Representative identifies new business opportunities through networking, trade shows and community engagement, maintains accurate sales and prospecting activity within the company CRM system and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success.
