Territory Portfolio Manager


Your main responsibilities

+ Drive portfolio growth across Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead, while ensuring full compliance with sales management policies

+ Support and execute Sales priorities, processes, and product/service initiatives to maximize territory performance

+ Ensure branch and service sales teams conduct consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience

+ Partner with internal departments to implement key initiatives, streamline processes, and support informed decision‑making and reporting

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position Schindler as the preferred service provider
