Main Responsibility:

• Leads tasks execution by motivated sales team
• Assures attainment of Key Performance set by Management through setting objectives, tracking measures, problem solving, and coaching.

• Plans the sales and business development of his assigned specific geographical territory with the Market Territory Manager
• Responsible for configuration of routes and itinerary in compliance with sales objectives.
• Reviews accuracy and timeliness of reports and analyzes corrective action plans if necessary
• Ensures total implementation and execution of marketing programs.
