Job Description

Deliver high-quality tennis lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels (beginners to advanced players).

Plan and conduct private lessons, group clinics, and tennis-related activities.

Organize and supervise tournaments, exhibitions, and special tennis events.

Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of tennis courts and equipment.

Provide a luxury-level customer service experience, adapting teaching methods to each guest's needs.

Promote tennis programs and encourage guest participation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and resort regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Tennis Coach or Instructor.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Tennis coaching certification (ITF, PTR, RPT, LTA, or equivalent).
