Reports to the Centre Manager and ensures the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the operation of units, fitting‑out liaison, maintenance and ad‑hoc projects management of the mall.

• Conduct, arrange and coordinate with tenants/occupiers and the facilities team for handover and takeover of tenant units, including fitting out and reinstatement briefing.
• Carry out feasibility study on possible subdivision/amalgamation of tenant units including provision requirements of incoming tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and their contractor/consultant/designer for the reinstatement/renovation works to ensure compliance with relevant authorities and all statutory requirements.
