Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer – Catford

iPeople SC Solutions is recruiting aTenancy Management and Resettlement Officer to work for our client in Lewisham and surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete property inspections and occupancy checks
• Attend Bailiff evictions and possession proceedings
• Undertake Housing Management such as dealing tenancy issues, ASB and housing enquiries
• Undertaking tasks relevant to move on for TA applicants • Undertake admin duties such as email duties and responding to TA Portal enquiries
• Complete MP, ME, and Complaint responses
• Issuing the discharge of duties and liaising with Legal to issue NTQs
• Undertake phone duties to ensure 80% calls answered
• Complete Risk and affordability assessment
• Issue Intentionally Homeless decisions and complete all relevant tasks
