As our HSE Learning administrator, you will be reporting to our HSE VP but working closely with our HRIS team and competency development manager. You will be making sure our HSE e-learnings are being set up and implemented.
For the next 6 months you will ensure HSE is part of Elkem’s learning and development system Cornerstone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage learning objectives, learning assignment.
- Schedule and organize training sessions in our learning and development system in Cornerstone.
- Assist in the development of training materials related to HSE in Elkem.
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
