PATH is seeking a Global Benefits and Market Review Specialist to support a multi-country review of statutory benefit requirements, market practices, and alignment of Total Rewards programs across PATH operating countries.

The successful candidate will conduct country-level research and analysis of retirement programs, leave policies, healthcare coverage, allowances, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
