Description: Key Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Preparing patients for imaging, explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing physical support.
  • Imaging Procedures: Positioning patients and equipment to capture high-quality images, including X-rays, mammograms, or CT scans.
  • Safety and Protection: Applying, monitoring, and maintaining radiation safety regulations and shielding to minimize exposure.
  • Image Evaluation: Reviewing images for technical quality and accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed, accurate patient records and images in systems.
  • Collaboration: Working with radiologists and physicians to determine necessary imaging procedures.
