RESPONSIBLITIES
Screens pap smears
and non-gynecological slides and reports results
according to established protocol.
Reviews patient history
in association with screening cytology
slides.
Documents workload and submits weekly reports for review. Reviews discrepant cases
with Pathologist to improve quality patient care.
Maintains a False Negative
Proportion (FNP) of  1-2% of the lab average
but does not exceed a 5% overall FNP.
Maintains an 80-100% Diagnostic Correlation with the Pathologist.
Maintains gyn statistical analysis rates of  5% as compared
to the laboratory's overall rates.
Maintains individual
workload limit as set forth by the supervisor/director, derived from the employee's 6 month perform...
