Job Summary This role provides one-on-one mentoring and support to students with higher needs, including guiding their learning, wellbeing, and development through activities and daily supervision. It also involves motivating students and supporting their academic progress.
Responsibilities - Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students with higher needs
- Plan and deliver motivational activities and talks to build confidence and resilience
- Facilitate simple physical activities to promote student well-being
- Monitor and support students’ homework completion and daily learning tasks
Requirements - Diploma in counselling, psychology, social work, education, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in youth work or student support is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g. first aid or mental health support) are an advantage
