Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in assigned region
• Drive Key Account business strategy
• Implement Store call cycle
• Report on key KPI’s on customer record keeping system (C4C) and provide monthly updates to Key Account Managers
• Manage store accounts through accurate promotional compliance recording
• Assist store staff to merchandise Hill’s retail section and keep them informed on training material, promotional activity, and product launches as agreed by Key Account Managers

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in Pet Retail stores is an advantage
