Serves as the first point of contact for the business, providing professional front-desk and customer service while delivering comprehensive administrative, procurement, and coordination support across the business.

Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors professionally. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and expedite complaints when necessary. Administrative Support Manage correspondence including emails, calls, and messages. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments. Maintain and update records such as QA sample tracker, Bruce visits, car-wash, and other ad‑hoc documents as required. Assist with data entry, filing, and record‑keeping. Administer and maintain the vehicle fleet records for the company and liaise with vendors, area managers and other parties to ensure records are accurate.
