As a Teletriage Registered Nurse, you will provide telephone and messenger based screenings to evaluate the medical and mental health concerns of our members. You will assess member conditions, prioritise care, make appropriate referrals, and perform critical follow-ups. Operating under the guidance of our Medical Director and Clinical Leadership team, you will play a key role in our 24/7 support centre. The role requires work across a 24/7 rotating roster and, initially, in‑office attendance.
