The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Following up the business leads by phone & email.
• Monitor and track each step of the process to ensure that all internal and identified external timelines are met.
• Support the product management team in line with sales and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and generate reports such as sales performance per product line, sales funnel, and other analogous reports.
• Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators related tasks are achieved and met.
