Responsibilities

• Expected to achieve daily and month‑on‑month daily target.
• Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customer’s convenience.
• Expected to also coordinate with other dependencies to achieve the target set by the organization.
• The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Specifications

• At least High School, SHS graduate or any equivalent course / certificate
• Competent in oral and written communication, computer literate, good vision, speed typing, accurate reporting, ability to work fast
