Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Dubai. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team. The role includes actively managing call lists and CRM records, tracking call outcomes, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. The specialist will respond to incoming inquiries, provide clear information about offerings, and handle basic objections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine call scripts, share feedback from prospects, and support campaign execution is also expected.
