Black & Grey HR is working with a fast‑growing lighting manufacturing company seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telemarketer to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads promoting our lighting products and setting up sales appointments through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (contractors, retailers, architects, etc.) to promote our lighting products.
• Identify and qualify sales leads to pass on to the sales team.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
