 Responsibilities  Actively call potential customers from company-provided leads to introduce insurance products. 
Schedule appointments for financial consultants or agents. 
Promote insurance products, cross‑sell/upsell, and manage policy renewals. 
Answer inquiries, explain policy benefits, and maintain high customer‑experience standards. 
Record customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. 
 Qualifications  Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing / telesales experience. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
