Job Description

• Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote insurance products (e.g., Motor, Travel, Personal Accidents, etc.).
• Explain product benefits clearly and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• Follow up on assigned leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
• Keep up to date with product information, promotions, and basic compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance-related roles is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required.
